Internet browsing can use a lot of our system's memory. Firemin is a small program aimed to monitor and optimize memory usage in Firefox web browsers.
Once installed, the program is located in the notification area of the task bar. There, it runs silently, and you can open it by clicking on its icon. The interface shows in real time which browser it is monitoring, as well as the memory usage and the process that are active.
You can set the amount of time between each monitoring process, as well as when the program will reduce the memory.
Although it is designed specifically for Mozilla Firefox browser, the developer claims that it can be user with other browsers and even with other programs to optimize their memory usage. You can select the browser or program you want by clicking on the Browse button on the interface, and then explore your system to choose the program. It will appear on the interface, together with its memory usage and optimization rate.
